Roar was a key part of the team who conceived, designed and produced the Convict Memorial as a key part of the Unshackled experience at Hobart’s Penitentiary Chapel. The memorial is an interactive four-sided pillar 4 metres in height and 1.5 metres wide. Visitors follow individual convict stories drawn directly from the convict records, across the four faces of the pillar. They can make a dedication by placing a ‘forget-me-not’ flower on a convict.
